A change of place (Child Visitation right) is pending before the
district court.Judge is was absent consecutive 3 days.Now,
judge going to transfer.New judge will come.
The petition will be dispose in a single days or
it may took several days as judge is newly posted ?

Any medical / Psycho examination/ certificate of child?
Any Evidence lead??
To decide child custody or visiting need to minutely examine those Reports with consultation with marriage councillors.
So it may take several court dates.

It depends upon the court how much time will it take, the new judge will may take some time. Ask your lawyer to take short dates.

But..till then i will can not meet my son?
The case is 1.5 years old.if it take another
6 month.Means i am unable to meet my son for 2 years.

I am eager to meet my son.
Last year i filed pettion for "Durga puja" festival,
handover my son gift and toys,the opponent plays trick,
about one year the pettion is pending.

I submitted petttion along with GD and medical report,injury picture,
and aked court to give visitation in nutral place(preferbly court or police station)
Opponent have submitted petition that i have heated self and opponent
also made GD.They have also mention that no FIR is lodge ,then it is false.
Our petition should be rejected.
In this present scenario , will court grant visitation right to neutral place
or force be to visit in my wife place ?
I am afraid of going there again,i have nothing more to prove other that my parent
as wittiness

I have got visitation right in nutral place 22-August hearing.
Both lawer have agreed on that issue and a joint petition (agreeable place & date)
would be submitted and order will pass on 5-sept(as per judge)
Very very very thanks to all of you, i will be able to meet my son again
