Master plan.

Guest (Querist) 05 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
Respected Experts,
In the master plan of the city an area was industrial zone and the adjoining area was residential zone.
As a factory was situated just adjoining the residential zone and also a plot whose sale deed was registered as industrial, a dispute arouse with the residential zone people.
At the time of dispute the factory and the plot both were in the industrial zone. now the master plan has been revised recently by the department concerned and they have changed the nature of my land to residential.
My query is :
What impact will it have on me when at the time of dispute, i was legally and factually correct as i was in the industrial zone?
What remedy can i avail? The master plan appears has been revised at the instance of a colonizer who has high stakes and want to purchase my land at the price of peanuts.
From where shall i get the details that what procedure was required to be followed at the time of revision of master plan?
What remedies can i avail?
