Is their any provision for interim alimony and maintenance. permanent alimony is pending at the court. what will be the next course of action. shall I wait or file any interim relief. pl guide me.

Yes, in maintenance PROCEEDING OF ALL TYPES THERE IS PROVISION FOR INTERIM ORDER.

Interim maintenance can be ordered by the court, prey for it.
