i was married to lawyer by negotiation 6 years back. She stayed with my family only 6 to 7 days within this period we had s*xual relation once. After that she left our home with giving me a allegation that i cannot satisfy her s*xually,so she does not want to stay with me. After one month she called me up to inform me that she was pregnant. She gave a birth to child(boy) after nine months.After that she continued to stay with her family till date.
Now my question is how can i get rid of this unfaithful woman? She is not willing to give me divorce because she is using my name as her child's father.
Please give me suggestion how to get rid of this woman with her child

if your wife does not want to stay with you file for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty , desertion

You have no said the reason for her unfaithfulness.
Marriage is not a game that you can end it at your sweet will.

How can you say she is unfaithful??b'cause she is a Lawyer?? you mean all lawyers are liars??7 unfaithful??
