Excess fare ticket receipt

During my journey from Ahmedabad to Rameshwaram on 3.2.2015, the TTE has collected an amount of Rs.4820/- vide receipt No.EKT- 119210 being the differential amount of fare in absence of correct identity proof showing my age. The ID proof shown to the TTE was not showing my age and therefore he has demanded the differential fare and accordingly I paid the same. He has informed me that I will get the refund subsequently.
I am therefore herewith forwarding the following:
I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to send me the refund at the earliest.
SO Pls give Guide Line to how claim refund

You have to approach Ahmedabad Reservation counter and enquire.

i go Ahmedabad Reservation counter at kalupur but no one give ans .
