please tell that if someonw died because of heart attack in private company then their dependents can file for compensation

Unless there is any negligence behind the death of the employee no case for compensation can be filed.
The legal heirs though can claim usual terminal benefits.

If the reason of heart attack was health conditions, normally no compensation is payable.
