Sir,

a women has a pagadi system property and she wants the same property to be transfer in the name of her son so which document she can execute in her sons favor.women has all document relating to the same property stands in her name.

1. A "pagdi" system property is owned by the Land-Lord. A "pagdi" system property is "N O T" owned by the pagdi holder/tenant. Hence no transfer deeds /agreements may be executed without the written consent .OR. "confirmatory signature" of the Land-Lord.
