Enrollment in bar

I am enrolled with Delhi Bar Association. My resident in Gurgaon. May I join Gurgaon Bar Association membership also.
Both are in NCR. Voting right I will kept in one Bar.
Can I get registration with Gurgaon Bar and also continuing Delhi Bar.
Please advise.

i suppose Gurgaon association falls under may be under UP bar council when so, you cannot be a member of the association of Gurgaom, obvious. yea you can be a counsel at the courts in gurgaon courts. understand Bar council of india modified the advocates Act, under which any one registered under one bar council can practice all over india; if that rule is true; then you can be a member of Gurgaon bar assn too, pls check with the association they would enlighten you.tks
