I had a credit card and the outstanding balance was Rs11000/- in the year 1999.now I am getting a call from a agency guy.what is the procedure since I am not familiar in this matter

Why u had not paid the due amount?

If u paid it in time then you could avoid further consequences.

U need to pay it right now with the interest.

As the debt is time barred by 3 years so you don't care as no recovery from you can be legally effected.
