Our ancestorland partition case was filed in 1993,it has been prolonged up to know,and my father is of 77yrs.how can the case can be quickly heard

The case is still in trial court or in Appellate court. If it is in trial court ask your lawyer to expedite the matter by filing a petition saying that your father is very old one and his evidence is a must for the disposal of the case. court takes up the matter expeditiously.

An application can be moved before the court to dispose off the case within a short span to time keeping in view the age of your father. A direction from high court can also be sought in this regard by filing the petition.
