Due to the sexual harassment of father in law was killed by wife and husband who is son of deceased, but not proved no evidence was found, sexual harassment proved but who killed was not proved

Refer the Judgements of Honourable Judges Bench of Mr.Nagamuthu and Mr.Authinathan Pronounced on Friday 31 st march 2017 in the cases of V.Shobana and another case of Manikandan alias Rajesh.

In these Cases the Mother shobana was convicted for Poisoning and Killing her 5 year old daughter and Rajesh was Convicted for killing his mother by Lower Courts.Honorable Bench of High Court Madras gave the acquittal orders and released both of them for the reason of no proper convincing evidence.
