My self vishnu tiwari i live in up pratapgarh, sir mere nana ji ne apni kuch pustani or paitrak jameen 2.5 beegha hamari chori se mausi k naam kr di hai jiski dakhil karij bhi ho gai hai, or us jameen pe ek ghar bhi bana hai registeri karte samay us jameen ko main road se 1km andar darsaya gai hai jo ki raod se lagi hui hai,kya us jameen me mai hissa le sakta hu

If it is self acquired property of your Maternal Grandfather then he can dispose it in his life time in anyone's favor by a valid deed in his life time.

If it is agricultural land then in UP married daughters may not have any share in it.



If the erstwhile agricultural land has come into new boundaries e.g; near road and is now outside the purview of earlier rules and misrepresentation has been made while registering then it is ground to lodge a complaint on misrepresentation.
