Going abroad on job visa

I have a Prevention on Food Adulteration case pending in court since 2011 , case is Panmasala having found with nicotine , hence adulterated . I am appearing intermittently in court . Now I have got a job offer in gulf , please help me what is the procedure to go about for it .

Better you take a specific permission by way of order from the concerned court before proceeding to Dubai.
