Methods for proving nonaquaintance of complainant to accused

In a case u/S 138 NI act complainant is a stransfer to the accused. How to prove it. Is it possible to produce a different person in the accused box and ask. Or ask to identify the accused in a group of photos.

Whether there is any method for proving the alleged aquaintance of complainant with accused

The cheque is a negotiable instrument can be endorsed to third person by holder.

It seems the cheque was issued in blank and name of payee etc. were entered later.

In such case, your main thrust should be to prove that the accused has no liability towards the complainant.

Complainant sas he has aquaintance with the accused for several years. But the tRuth is that he does not know the accused as there is no transaction with him. Can the counsel ask the complainant to identify the accused from a grout of photos.
