I LIVE IN SURAT SINCE LAST 17 YEARS. BUT MY BORN IS IN MUMBAI , SO I WANT TO KNOW THAT CAN I GET DOMOCIAL CERTIFICATE OF GUJARAT?

the purpose of domicile certificate is to show the current residence.

i think there should not be any trouble in providing u with a domicile certificate by the authorities.

depending upon the purpose the domicie certificate is issued by Village officer and above, as different authorities insist this certificate from different heirarchy.

Since you ave been staying at surat for asuch a long time,you are entitled to get such certificates.
