Under which section a Father can file petition to visit her minor daughter(3 years) who is with her monther since the date of sepration(when FIR U/S 498A Filed).

Divorce petition has not been filed yet by any party.

Only 498A and 125CRPC(maintinance is still pending) are under trial

He can institute case u/s 12 and 25 of the Guardian and Wardship Act and can also pray for interim visitation in the same suit by filing petition u/s 151 of CPC.

Thanks for reply. But I am unable to understand Under which section of GWA act person will get right to visit child. Do you have any format for the same to file petition in court
