Share in Step-Father's Property

Hi Experts,
Sorry, let me be precise. If a person passes away, leaving behind 2 wives and children, so how the property will be divided as per Muslim Law and Indian Law? How much the first wife and her son will inherit and how much the first wife and her son will inherit?

As per Islamic Shariath law, there is no share from the property left by step father to step son.
In the query, you stated that,the shares of the Two sons and Two wives of of muslim deceased person.Sons will get 2/3rd property left by the deceased in equal proportion and wives will get remaining 1/4 property in equal proportions. The property will be distributed among the heirs of deceased after payment of his debts.
