HMA or Spl.MA

Marriage was solemnized following Hindu rites performing saptapadi. This marriage was also registered under Special Marriage Act.

Now the question is whether marriage requires to be nullified under both the acts ? I mean once get diverce under 13B and again under 28 of Spl.MA (in case of mutual consent)

as per law applicable and which of the both was solomonized first , it's law would be applicable.

The Act under which the marriage registered first will have force

Get the marriage dissolved by SMA ,no need to do anything again under HMA.

The registration certificate will prevail. So the special marriage act only applies
