sir,
i had applied for RAILWAYRECRUITMENT BOARD on 17.5.2011 in post. my application didnt send to the recruitment,now myapplication is returned to me by the postoffice,simply they saying you have not put proper cover so the application is returned back,my application didnot reach to the proper destiation,what i have to do sir,plz give me proper direction shall i move to consumer court plz give me proper direction.via
