Being pressurized by my family emotionally i hv to do marriage. my marrigae was done on 19/05/2011 in chhpra, bihar. i am nt living with my wife since then. i dnt wnt to stay wid her anymore i wnt a divorce but she is nt ready. as dis marrige was done against my will. many times i requested to my wife for divorce but she is nt ready. her fmly threating me for 498 case n presurizing me to live wid her but i wnt a divorce any how. please help me in this regard how can i get divorce wid what are the steps to be taken.

if you did not want to marry her why did you agree / why did you ruin your wife life?
if you refuse to live with your wife she can under DV act claim maintenance , right to stay in shared household etc .
you cnanot file for divorce now ,. you have been married only 7 months . you have to stay separate for 1 year before applying for diovrce

if you want divorce, you put the strong evidence before the court, then only consider and get divorce.

if my marriage was dn in kolkata then i can escape but my fmly convince me to go to chhapra n there in front of bride's fmly if i refuse to do marriage then only my marriage will be cancelled. there i express my interest for not willing to do dis marriage becoz i love other girl but nobody listen my maa says dat if i will nt marry then she will do suicide and from chhapra there is no way to excape my fmly has tken dowry from bride's fmly near about 1 lakh. but i dnt hv any strong evidence to proof myself i told the girl too dat she refuse this marriage proposal but she didnt do so. now i cant live wid my wife i need a divorce.

You can file a Divorce Suit on mutual consent if your wife would agree, otherwise you can file a Divorce suit by your side on contest after one year of separation in Family or District Court.

i think so dat i m d only person with whom dis type of incident happen. i dnt undst. wt to do. i cannot accept her in my life as my wife. i m ready to file divorce but i wnt to knw dat if she nt ready to give me divorce on what ground i file a case n hw much time it will take.

If you are not ready to accept her as your wife then it shall be better to file mutual divorce petition and remain paying her maintenance allowance for whole life or till she performs her remarriage.

sir, my wife is not ready for mutual divorce. if i fight the divorce case by myself can i get divorce from her and on which ground i file the divorce case? plz suggest me.

you wont get a divorce . if your wife refuses you will spend 10 years in court fighting the case .
in addtion she will file case against you for dowry as you have take money for marriage . in addtion for another 30 years you will be paying her maintenance . is it worth it ?

no sir . you are very selfish and self centered . you are not concerned that you are ruining a girl life . accept her . dont ruin your lives . you wont get dvvorce for couple of years if your wife opposes . compromise

dat girl and my fmly has ruined my life. compromise is nt possible from my side. dat girl and her fmly make my life worsed. if you are saying selfish yes i m selfish about my life. y i accept dis relation against my will.
