Transfer of property to mothers name.

Hi all,
My Father expired last year and we have this flat in which my mom was the second owner.
The society needs a letter from our side and fathers death certificate to trf the property to my moms name. can u please suggest me the language which i should use while drafting such letter.
Also my mom wants to nominate my name for the property. however the society says this can be done only after the property is trfd to my moms name, they dont even have to nomination form. can you please provide the same.

You all other legal heirs of your father shall have to give a joint letter supported with your duly sworn affidavit to the effect that you all surrender your right in favour of your mother and further that you have no objection if the share of your father is duly entered in favour of your mother.
