How to get the bail under section 302/498A/304B IPC , when the accused in under JC from last one and half year
only one time moved the application which had dismissed by the session court

File a bail application again in the sessions court on the basis of changed circumstances. The chargesheet must have been submitted by now. Whether bail shall be granted or not depends upon the facts of every case.

i agree with archana and in addition to that if the chargesheet is not file then on that ground only u can get the bail.
