interesting case..
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 11 May 2010
not covered under the definition of Rape as contained in IPC.

otherwise also, kharbooje pe chaaku gire ya chaaku pe kharbooja, katega to kharbooja hi na :D

i think the offence will fall under the definition of Hurt or Grievous Hurt depending upon the circumstances and facts of the case.

This is a male dominate society and females were Abla Nari, so the section 376 IPC of rape was enected for females only, but in the present scenerio situation has been females are not Abla Nari now a days and law makers should think abt to insert a clause in sec. 376 IPC for the male victim who has been raped by a female.
Presently there is no law to protect the victim (If Any)of this offence.
jyotirmaya behera (Querist) 12 May 2010
if some one face this problem then for his have no law?
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 12 May 2010
well, Jyotirmaya there is no specific law available in India.

as far as physical damage is concerned the only remedy available will be prosecution for causing hurt.
