Any aggrieved person with the service of any bank can approach bank;s ombudsman seeking his help/remedy and it has vide owers to issue notice to the concerned persons of particular bank with relevant record, hear the matter, given its findings, execute the same and even recommend disciplinary action against any erring person.

As per my view, send reply to the notice and if bank is not considering your grievances ,approach Bank Ombudsman.
