Dear Sirs,
This is regarding my grandmothers property in which there a four share holders.
The original documents related to the house is with me and my 3 aunties tried to get the katha transferred to their name without my knowledge for which i have given an objection with ARO's office and they have stopped it as of now.
They trying to all possibilities to get the katha transferred with some political leaders influence, which was told to me by the people working in the BBMP.
They have also constructed a small wall on top of my house and occupied my only exhaust (window) by building 3 sided wall against my wall and creating a ot of propblems. I tried to break it down and they have lodged a false complaint with the police station for which the CI has threatned us by saying if you any thing against the property we will lock you people in. I have given a complaint with the BBMP people to do the inspection of the house, so foar no one bothered to take a look of it as it is in a critical position (can break my ceiling and fall inside the house).
Looking for you advice as to what to do next. As the police, BBMP and event the corporator of my ward are refusing to help me in this.
Couple of sons of my aunties have threatned me to submit all the original documents (which is with me) or to face consequences.
Looking for your kind advice.
Thanks & Regards,

What right you have got over the entire property?
When 3 sisters have got share in the property they will claim. Even without original document they can get their names entered to the property.
If the constructed wall is dangerous then file a suit for mandatory injuction against them.

For better and peaceable enjoyment of the joint property you should file a suit for partition and injunction so that the court make a demarcation of the respective shares.

Dear Sirs,
My grandmother had 6 childrens (3 males & 3 females) out of which 2 of my uncles died without getting married and 1 married (my father). I am claiming for my fathers share. Last time when i consulted through this site i got reply saying the house will be divided into 4 portions as the other uncles have died. I do have the sale deed, katha, tax paid receipt till 2009-2010 (my aunties have paid this years and they have the receipt).
When i spoke to them about filing a suit for the division they are threating me saying they will lodge a case in police station (which happened earlier on 4 Jun and i got harrassed by the cops for shouting at home regarding partition). They lodged a complaint saying 1 of my aunties daughter in law tried to commit suicide for the abuses from my wife, which never happened. Police took a written report from my wife, brother and myself that we are responsilbe if something happens to her. They also got some political leader to the police station (whose name is unknown).
Today (20 Oct) i took pictures of the wall they have constructed on my house and the window to give it to the BBMP, for which they have gone to the police station to complaint against me.
I am worried because there is no one who is supporting me and my 3 aunties and their sons are together. Police listen to them as they are old ladies and they have told me to abide with them as they are old.
I have consulted a lawyer and will be meeting him this Saturday, who happens to be my friends brother.
Thought of taking some advice before meeting him.
