Status of a case can be viewed on the internet on the website of that district court/ HC or the SC. For cases in SC, you can log on to supremecourtofindia.nic.in

There is no facilty in West Bengal for knowing status of cases on net except high court.

Only few courts are giving the status online. Please go the website and check whether your court is giving the online status or not.
