You can obtain copy of particular deed, which may contain all information.

You have provide the registration number and other information for getting the copies.

by applying for the certified copy of that document you can obtain that directly but for that you must know the particulars like the date of the registry and the number of the registry and also you can find that on your personal efforts by search in that office.

Without knowing the property survey number it is too difficult to get the certified copy. If you know the name and date of registration, you have a luck to trace it.

It seems you dont have the date, you know only the year of registration. It is not possible to trace out.

But, Regisry offices may maintained a register of daily registry.
