sisiter claiming her part in the father's property

my married sister wants our property to be divided equally between 5 parts.(3 brothers,sister & mother)

my father bought this property 20 years ago,
and died after that,after his death, my mother transferred the property between us(3 brothers)...

she is still living and now her mind has changed and now she along with her daughter wants to divide the property into 5 parts and after that they will transfer their shares to my youngest brother..

can i do anything to protect it....
