respected sir,is there scope for corporate law,if yes in what feild and is LL.M in corporate law good or to prefer diploma cource in corporate law,please help me

Yes. Corporate law having good scope.. If you think to go that side mean just do llm in that field. Surely its will be better than any diploma courses. In my view diploma courses will show you as some extra qualificate person. But llm will give some knowledge in that subject field.. All the best.

You are only getting additional knowledge by doing LLM and diploma. If you want to save time and get practical knowledge by doing diploma is enough

LLM in corporate law will be quite useful if you prefer to deal only with the cases pertaining the corporate world as a specialist in corporate law. However, if you want to practise as a general lawyer for all types of cases then your specialization may just tend to become waste and wastage of time and money in pursuing LLM in corporate law.

So, you have to make up your mind what you actually want to become.
