Sir,I am going for a registry of a flat (Kolkata) which I bought from a promoter at the registry time which paper we can ask from the promoters as for my property proof.

The promoter would have given you the UDS of the land. That alone will be registered in your name. Stamp duty is only for the land.

If you sell for the second time, you will sell the Flat+UDS. Stamp duty is for flat + uds cost.

Promotor's agreement with the landowner. Tax clearance certificate and specimen deed entered by promotor with other flat buyers.
