section 420,120b,465,467,468,472 and 24 immigrant act

i want to know after how much days persons charged under (section 420,120b,465,467,468,472 and 24 immigrant act) can get the bail from session court (opposite party has given the affidavit for the compromise).Bail is rejected once by lower court.

Pray for bail u0s 439 crpc before the higher forum with the said affidavit.
Bail would be granted without much hitch.
