Maintenence !!

Please tell me about any rule / act / law that says the expenses of child maintenance be divided equally between spouse. And under what circumstances this rule is applicable with all consequences.

There is no such law . However the wife may be directed to bear the equal share of expenses of the child only if she earns at par with her husband.

only legal verdict directs. but naturally it must be equally divided accoding tho thier needs.
