Company law - annual return

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 27 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
Hi members,

Apropos Section 159 of the Companies Act 1956, ref: Annual Return.

Query: In the last page of Annual Return wherein signatures are taken there are 9 points to be certified, point 7 or g says - the Company did not have an average turnover of Rs. 10 Crores or more during the relevant period.

As a matter of fact i have seen Companies using standard format without any material changes.

Can you pl make me understand significance of said point (g).
