you approach your nearer lawyer and ask him to make partition deed . They will give you correct advise to do the same

Document that can prove joint/or co-ownership. Visit a local lawyer without engaging him you can not handle the suit on your own despite our step by step guidance.

the law of partition is normal throughout india. but goa has separate partition procedure which is in line with Portuguese law of family. better consult. the requirements are normal one
