This query is : Resolved
When I have complaint to plice station regarding the dowry and harrasment. They first got 7k from me and beat(4 beatings) my husband and later on seems they got money 10k from my husband and after that they told me we cant take cases, all are false allegations. Go home like that.
What to do?

You can send your complaint directly to the SP of that locality by post or you can file a complaint case in the CJM/ CMM

What is the reason you given complaint, how many kids you have? You aware the retrospective effect you complaint?
If the problem is with in the limit of settled then you better to ignore it,
If you really stick on it then you approach the SP of the concerned district office and file the petition and complaint.

if police inspector is not taking your complaint you can lodge complaint with SP.
if inspite of that no action is taken then move under DV act before magistrate .
the court can award you maintenance , right to stay in shared household , compensation . you cna also obtain protection order

If the Police is not acting on your complaint then you can file petition u/s 156(3) crpc before the Magistrate who thereafter would direct the Police to cause necessary action.

It seems you both (wife and husband) are trying to 'purchase' police and obviously its benefit is going in favour of police. You bribed Rs. 4,000/- for beating your husband, police kept its words and then your husband bribed Rs. 10,000/-, police again kept its words not to file any case against him so you do not raise any question against 'loyalty' of police towards its 'feeder'.
If you are interested to really take shelter of law then come with clear mind and intension and file your complaint before Mahila Cell maintained with the office of SP of your district and follow his directions. You immature steps shall create problems for you and shall definitely increase bitterness.

I agree with Mr. Makkad.
File a complaint in court u/s 156(3) if you are really harassed.
