Hello Exports, As I understood: Any self acquired property is separate property of family member(assume mother having purely self acquired property). One son of her earns some property with cosent of mother property(No other source) when she is alive? what is the status of this property? Self acquired property of son or joint property of family? If it is a self acquired property of son,
what will be the status of son and mother property after deth of mother?

If there is no existence of family(subject to consent of other members of the family) then such property (son's) is considered as self acquired property. After demise of his mother all her legal heirs have equal rights in the her property.
Do you have acquired such consent in writing otherwise it is very difficult to you to proove in court in the absence of your mother. Hence get the confirmation from all the members survived by your mother.
