If it is already affixed will it make any problem

That can give more authenticity to a document, if seal is already fixed. But court cases are different and any authoritative sign should be avoided as far as possible in any such case. However, that depends much if the judge does not have any objection to the seal of the company on the affidavit.

Thanks for your answer.
A person who is a director is competent to swear this affidavit by virtue of his designation although it is affirmed before Notary Public, require seal of his designation to ensure responsibility of the company towards the statement, kindly give your comment, it will help me.

His declaratory statement before and attestation by the notary, itself, burdens him to act as a responsible director of the company.

Yes, however putting the seal would give more credential to the fact that the statement made on oath are that of his in official capacity.

The affidavit is being given in the personal capacity, by being the director of the company, he is signing it.
So, you should not use a seal.
