what is important clause and terms must be noted or write while creating settlement deed between father and his son and can son have right to sale the property on the basis of settlement deed without his father intimation his father may alive or death anybody may objection on sale of such property on the basis of DEED OF SETTLEMENT, it is compulsory to register the deed of settlement
