Not able to understand the patna high court order

I cannot understand the order made by Honouralble patna high court. here I provide links for 3 orders passed by court

please copy and paste the links in the address bar. The files also been attached.

Not lengthy orders. so experts kindly read these orders. Especially what has been told in the final order. Especially i'm confused whether the application is admitted or disposed? In your opinion what may be the result of this case. If the case is not yet over then in what direction it is heading? I'm asking this because my recruitment will be affected by the result of this case, so that i can look for alternative career.

You had certainly engaged some lawyers to make these cases heard.
So you better go to him fisrt and ask his opinion.

No sir, I have not engaged any lawyers so far. I'm one of the candidates to get selected in the above recruitment and waiting for the appointment letter. In the result published by the organisation it was mentioned that the outcome of this case may affect the candidature of those selected candidates (including me)and they have also provided the case number and year. I am following the proceedings of this case and since I'm not good with understanding court orders struggling to find what that order no.4 says. so I will be very happy atleast if I get the explanation for the order no.4 (final link, attached file).I'm no way connected to this petition filing or processing but will be affected by the outcome of this case.

I read all four orders.

But without copy of writ, opinion could not be formed.

So, please provide copy of writ.

Contact Advocate from Patna High court and ask him to get certify copy from Patna High Court of writ and related papers.
