You cannot find anywhere the list of qualities of a notary, which are often expected. Normally, what you can hear or find, the qualities should be, excellent listening skills, highly disciplined, and discreet, able to easily adapt to new circumstances, takes the initiative, solid sense of ethics and values.

However, it would be better, if you read the "Notaries Act 1952" and the "Notaries Rule, 1956" for your guidance.
