Cancellation of the deed of gift

Respected Experts,
I have to transfer the registry of my property as a deed of gift to my mothers name. will I be able to cancel this deed of gift in future if I suffer due to some misunderstandings.

You have to include some conditions in the gift deed, if the conditions are not fulfilled the gift deed can be cancelled. This wordings has to be included in the gift deed itself.

Generally cancellation of gift deed is not an easy task. Only exceptionally it is cancelled subject to fulfillment of certain conditions mentioned in the deed itself so prepare it accordingly.
