Please tell me what are the legal requirements and conditions to be fulfilled for keeping 6 persons as paying guest in house.

Generally there should none but you have not mentioned the location.Check with local municipality dm sp office.
At your level care should be taken about there identity and police verification.

There is no law to comply before keeping paying guest in house. However, you shall take identity and police verification as advised by Mr.Prabhakar Singh.

No rules and regulations are yet framed to govern paying guests. It is a personal dicision of a house owner which does not attract any legal requirement.
