Water leakage

my neighbour is living in flat above my house and from his bathroom there is a leakage which almost destroyed my bathroom overhead wall and i cannot stand in my bathroom because of water leakage what legal action can i take against my neighbour because he is not agree that thre leakage is from his bathroom...its a DDA Flat. sugest the legal action

try to resolve the issue through residents association there.

further,how can you can you confirm that the leak is defenetly from his bathroom,as it could be from any other bathrooms above your floor too?

sir above our bathroom overhead wall my neighbours bathroom attached and no other flat is attached to our bathroom and he also knows that the blockage is from his bathroom because of congestion in pipeline but refused all the time

It is duty of owners association to maintenance/repair of the building if you are paying the maintenance charges regularly otherwise get the photo graphs of such leakage and file a consumer complaint against association as well as neighbour.
