as mr. bharat said to me they might try to file false complaints against you - watch out for false 498A/406. so i have written confirmation on 100 rs stamp paper that "we are happy and she have no observe any kind of physical and mental torture,everything is available on demand of me and we are happyly spending our life etc...and sign it date on 1.02.2012, but problem is that stamp purchase by wrongly my company name instead of me, then it is protect to me or not, and written confirmation valid or not?

I believe you should have continued in the same thread,

Most of such affidavits are not worth the paper it is written on. Other party always contends that the same was taken under coercion.

as stated by expert she may deby that the same has been taken under duress. hence it is not worth to have such documents rather have it notarised or affirm it before the court itself in your cases filed showing compromise.

Such an arrangement hardly has a value.

What if the wife alleges that the harrassment and violence started after the sign was taken??

The relation between husband and wife shall not be on the basis of a piece of paper with their sign. The base of the relation is love and understanding.

Such an agreement does not have a value and the same is useless.
