ppi a plastic item production unit situated in hyderabad, try to obtain a loan of rs 2crs from a people co operative bank in maharashtra by mortgaging the property situated in two diffent stattses in maharashtra and hyd of Andhra pradesh,
now the lender bank demands that ec related to the property situated in hyd of Andhra pradesh shall contain the name of the lender bank can you show me the process to mention the lender bank name in the ec?

Dear MR Basha,

Encumberance certificate will be issued only in the name of the registered property holder.How can EC be issued in the name of the lender bank .
