hello sir/mam,
My grandfather has 5 sons. He have his self purchased land. Before 15 days he had sold some part of land under pressure of my three uncle without any suggestion of my father and one more uncle. Can my brother (25 years old) has any right to file a case and stop the selling of that land part.

No,your brother and father have no right to object the sale of property as the property belongs to exclusive ownership of your grandfather and the same is his self acquired property and your grandfather has every right to sale/alienate/transfer of property.

Dear Punitha,
As it is your grandfather's self earned, nobody can stop him from disposing off,may be even under the influence of your paternal uncle's.Only after the demise of your grandfather,Under hindu succession act 1956,you are eligible for a share out of whatever is left, which is also called ancestral property.

My grand father is selling land under pressure of my uncle.but it is not right. Before also he has sold 4 acre land under pressure of one of my uncle and only my uncle knows what happen with that money again he is repeating the same thing.even after selling land all money comes in my uncle's hand. If we will not stop it,slowly-slowly my uncle will force him to sell whole land. So please if there is any way to stop this let me know. Please
