Ld Counsels,
Husband received threatening calls from brother in-law. This fact is pleaded in the divorce petition.
can the court order the production of post paid bill from airtel reflecting the calls made. further is it mandatory to add the brother-in-law as third party in the application to produce document along with airtel.
Thanks.

The BIL giving threats is not a material point in divorce.
Had you filed a case under 506 IPC against the BIL, the records could have been called to court.

Dear Shonee,
Husband is defrauded in marriage and BIL took away the wife and demanded money. Wife falsely states that husbands side called for compromise while the BIL called for compromise and threatened the husband side for money. These disputed facts need to be proved in annulment proceeding.
how come these threatening call become irrelevant.
Everybody knows what is the "condition precedent" to get an FIR registered by police in this country.
