When review dpc held

(Querist) 01 May 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Issue is one of 5 years ACR was below bench mark;
it was upgraded by the competent authority to bench mark without speaking order;
speaking order came after the DPC;
is it a fair case for review DPc?
Will my New APAR supersede my old ACR?

Definitely, it is a fair case of review DPC. You can represent for a review DPC on the basis of upgradation of the ACR.
