Thanks Sir,
I require U.P. Gunda Contorle Act 1970. My client is facing trial, under Sec 3/4/10 of this Act. I want to argue on charge.
Proceeding started at DM court under this act. DM ordered him not to live or enter within district for 6 month. Police says he was arrested within district during this time which is offence under above mentioned sections , and charge sheet was submitted in the court of JM for trial. Please help as you can next date is on 14-05-2012.

Sir I am unable to buy it urgently as I am the resident of remote border area, having no facility.
