Bride father used to abuse my cousin father

My cousin is married to woman and her father has file the complaint u/s 498-A against him, his younger brother and father. His father is 70 years old and woman father used to abused him on the occasion of every visit at home
Now bride father has implicated all of them in false cases and has levyied false charges of demanding car, flat etc in his complaint which was referred to Crime against woman cell
During Ist meet, my cousin himself had visited the cell but the CAW persistently asking for other members of family for meet.During 1st meeting, the bride father showed abusive behavior to cousin before CAW members
His father has apprehensions that bride father may harm in some manner whenever he visted CAW.
Can he made any requisition letter to the Police/P.S for providing enough security and care to avoid unwanted kind of harm ?

dont be afraid . attend fearlessly . if bride father becomes abusive use it to your advantage . point out that his behaviour has always been abusive . if he assaults your family file police complaint .

you can take one advocate's help.. may be in your place advocates not allowed to interfere with this issue.
even you can bring your counsel just for your safe..
